Out-of-State CCW Recognition

*Effective July 1, 2016

In accordance with SB 175 and AB 488 of the 2015 legislative session, the State of Nevada will recognize the following States' CCW permits. Recognition List.

These laws allow holders of valid permits from these states to carry a concealed weapon while in the State of Nevada. The permit must be in the possession of the permittee at all times while carrying a firearm.
